These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. The website and store are operated by A N S FOODS, a proprietorship of Neena Yesudas, Kakkazhom P.O., Alappuzha, Kerala, India (GSTIN 32CVDPN2806D1Z3, FSSAI 21324159000712). In these terms, "we", "us" and "ANS Foods" mean A N S FOODS; "you" means the person using the website or placing an order. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell packaged millet kanji mixes and related food products. Product photos are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly. Product descriptions and health information are general and are not medical advice. Please read the ingredient list on the pack and consult your doctor if you have a medical condition, allergy or special diet.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate name, phone, email and delivery address details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it (by on-screen confirmation, WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone) and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown or confirmed before the order is final. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Payment
You can pay online through our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and other methods shown at checkout) or by Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments; we do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. An order paid online is treated as confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically or by us as described in the Refund Policy.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, areas and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because our products are food items, returns are accepted only in the cases listed there.
8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the website, including the ANS Foods name, logo, text and images, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government action).
10. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms, the website or an order is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alappuzha, Kerala.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies to orders placed after that date.
